Do you take insurance?

Can I use my HSA/FSA funds?
Yes. HSA/FSA funds may be used to cover co-pays under our fee-for-service option. However, the IRS does not currently permit the use of HSA/FSA funds for monthly membership fees.
When should I call or text my provider?
Examples of questions for texts or phone calls include questions about medication interactions or side effects, guidance around the need for ER or urgent care, clarification of your treatment plan, or short-term prescriptions when medicine is lost or forgotten during travel. For follow-ups (including medication refills) and new non-urgent concerns, please message your provider via the app or schedule a visit with us.
Where does Haven offer house calls?
Haven offers house calls when needed to patients living in the greater Colorado Springs area, to include Fountain, Colorado Springs, Peyton, Falcon, Woodland Park, and Monument. On rare occasions, extreme winter weather may affect house call availability.
Is a minimum term required with a membership?
No, memberships may be canceled at any time and if canceled, will terminate on the last day of the last month paid.
Does Haven offer membership discounts?
Yes! Ask about our large family membership (4 or more minor dependents) and discounts for prepaid annual membership.
